The Honourable Commissioner, Yobe State Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Tourism and Solid Minerals, Rt Hon. Kaigama Umar, attended the 8th Nigeria Diaspora Investment Summit.

The summit which held at the Conference Centre, State House Villa, Abuja, Nigeria.

With the Thames: Fast Tracking Regional and National Development by Mobilizing Diaspora Investment.

The summit was organised by the Nigerian in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) in collaboration with Nigeria Diaspora Summit Initiative and supported by Zenith Bank, First Bank, Rainbow Heritage Group, Nigeria Exchange Group (NEG) are among others.

The Commissioner was accompanied by the Permanent Secretary, Administration Office of the Secretary to State Government, Alhaji Modu Gashua, Managing Director, Yobe Mining Development Company, Engr. Bamodu Yerima, Director General, Yobe State Agency for Public, Private Partnership Investment Promotion, Dr Isah Aliyu Chikaji and Senior Liaison Officer on Diaspora, Yobe State Focal Person, Hon Alhaji Kyari Bakuwa.
